Parents and Students,
After reviewing the excessive amount of instructional time lost
this semester we have decided to add additional instructional time
to the calendar over the next few months. Based on recommendations
from teachers and input from the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC),
the following changes will be the best way to provide meaningful
learning opportunities for our students:
- March 31st – Change
to a full instructional day for all students
- High School conferences
will be held from 4:00 pm – 8:00
pm.
- Middle School conferences will be held on Tuesday, April
1st as scheduled by advisors.
- April 9th – Change to a full
instructional day
- May 7th - Change to a full instructional day
- May 22nd - Change
to a full instructional day
- May 23rd – Add a full instructional
day
- May 26th – No School – Memorial Day
- May 27th – Add
a full instructional day
- May 28th – Add a full instructional
day
- May 29th – Add a half instructional day dismiss elementary
at 11:30 am and MS/HS at 11:40 am
We are not able to change
the date of the graduation practice and ceremony; therefore,
the seniors' last day of classes will remain on May 14th.
